EM5 Construction was founded in 2016 at the kitchen table, but this time I wanted a diverse portfolio of projects for my company. I owned a small home-building company in 2006, unfortunately, the real estate market crashed in 2008 causing me to dissolve the company. So, I had to find another source of income while doing what I loved. Teaching construction for high school students for 7 years was my profession and I also taught refugees in the evenings for 1 year until re-entering the construction industry in 2015.

With experience working for some of the largest GCs and Home Builders on the East Coast and managing the successful completion of multiple million-dollar projects, multifamily renovation projects of Apartments, Townhome developments, and job site management. Once I re-entered the construction industry full-time in 2015, I was constantly being asked to complete side projects. So EM5 was formed.

EM5 is a family-owned business with over 25 years of experience in all facets of the construction industry. With a proven track record of valuable field and management experience, I have developed skills that ensure on-time completion and on-budget project delivery all while meeting the needs of the Client and providing the highest level of customer service. 

THE ULTIMATE GOAL… is to continue building valued relationships and to exceed the expectations of our clients, business partners, and community.
